There are lots of tips on television, in books and the press and on forums/websites. Many of them will advise you to use traditional cleaning products like Soda Crystals, Bicarbonate of Soda, Borax or White Vinegar. Sometimes they can be used on their own and for some tasks, they can be used in combination.

Got a septic tank?

Soda Crystals, Soap Flakes, Bicarbonate of Soda and Borax are all safe to use with septic tank sewage systems in normal use.
